I offer a free 15-20-minute consultation to help determine if its a good match, discuss client needs, and answer any questions.

Follow-Up or Specialized Consultation sessions are offered as 60-minute sessions for $300.

Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and cost $250, with the frequency determined collaboratively based on your needs. These sessions can be conducted in person or virtually over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Virtual sessions may not be appropriate for all cases.

Level-of-care assessments are 90 minutes long, cost $450, and are conducted in person only.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of the session fees. To determine your eligibility for reimbursement, contact your insurance provider and ask the following:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• What percentage of session fees is reimbursed for out-of-network providers?

• Are there any session limits or other requirements, such as a referral or pre-authorization?

I am happy to provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment is due after the service is rendered. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy; if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend your session, you will be billed the full session fee. Payments can be made easily via credit card.
